Try this Khapli Atta once and you'll switch too. All these years, I was consuming aashrwd or pilsbury - but the rotis would make me very bloated. My husband also was experiencing the same. I landed on Jivka Khapli after I tastes Khapli Atta rotis at my neighbour's house. The rotis were so fulfilling, flavourful (has slight nutty flavr) and also we didn't experience any bloating. One could have 2 rotis and feel full for longer. I learnt more abt Khapli and the sugar spike is much lower with this atta. Jivika thank you for bringing us an affordable Khapli Atta as other brands are either too expensive or the quality is not good. Highly recommend to switch regular atta. I am regular now.
